As is typical in most Chinese markets, the staff are not friendly or helpful. That being said the guys who work stocking veggies, etc. are friendly and helpful, but they're not Chinese. I love this market and I don't care how rude the owners are, they can't ruin it for me. The aisles are narrow because this place has just about everything. All in all, if you don't mind the rudeness, it's a great place.

I went to a very large Chinese market, and was very disappointed. I went to this market, and they were very helpful, and reasonable prices. I couldn't get any help at the large market, but the Mini Market was so helpful that this is the place I will go what I need from now on.

This Oriental grocery store carries my favorite brand of potsticker....they come in pork or chicken varieties. These are very meaty on the inside and the dough is not very thick...very good tasting as well. Besides the ones I like they do carry some other brands and varieties of potstickers, so you can take your pick. The place is very crowded and the aisles are a bit narrow, but I get to speak Cantonese with the workers when I am here.

This is such a little gem smack dab in the middle of Cranston on the corner of Pontiac & Park Ave. As soon you open the door it's like controlled chaos. There is so many delights crammed into this little store. If you're looking for anything from Ramen noodles, fresh Chinese produce and frozen delicacies such as wontons and dumplings. They have Filipino goodies as well, lumpia & sausage. Spices galore, pretty much anything you can think of as far as Chinese condiments and spices they'll have it. The ladies that work there are always very helpful and patient. They have a beautiful cat that hangs around the checkout area. I highly recommend this little Chinese market.

A mini mart of Asian food, much Chinese. A lot of Asian grocery varieties especially Chinese. They usually have what I am looking for although I will admit what I am looking for is not exotic or unusual. Very convenient in and out, worth looking into.

Pretty solid selection of Asian groceries for cheap. You can find most of what you need here, although there's not a lot of Vietnamese ingredients (I couldn't find fish sauce). But if you need Chinese, Japanese, or even Thai ingredients, they've got a considerable stash, especially considering how small the store is. If you're looking for a place to buy spices in bulk too, this is the spot. It's definitely a bit cheaper than Good Fortune, and it's way more cramped. It can be hard to find things in here, and they don't have as wide of a selection, but for most purposes it'll do the trick!

Average sized mini market with a surprisingly wide selection of the most commonly sought for Asian dry goods to fill your pantry with..Chinese, Filipino, some Japanese, few Korean goods..it was a healthy mix. It has been my experience that you should bring cash. A couple of kids came in here wanting something small, but were unable to pay because they didn't carry cash. You can pay in card past a certain amount, which is what we did because we just moved here and didn't know. JUST BRING CASH. They don't really have much to carry your items out. They put our items in a small box, so I will probably bring a reusable shopping bag next time we go. For the most part, unless you needed fresh food, everything that you could basically want from an Asian pantry is probably here. I bought rice vinegar, soy sauce, Nishiki rice, tosino, fish balls, coconut milk, some candies, pineapple cakes and more. Nice and useful local market. I'm not sure if they're open at this very moment..but they really came through for items that we needed for cooking.

NOTE: - Bring your own bags or they're $0.10 each. - Cash only for all purchases under $20 A wide variety of packaged product, but very lacking in the fresh fruits and vegetables departments though. They don't have many items in the frozen goods section compared to other Asian markets. They also have a small selection of baked goods up at the counter - egg tarts (looked a bit pasty), baos, zong, and more.

Not a super store of Asian sundries, it is like a super packed 7/11 of Asian essentials from Japanese and South East Asian rice brands that you don't find in The Caucasian dominated New England grocery scene to a frozen section that has a little bit of everything from the various cuisines from Korea to Malaysia. This place definitely hits most of the day to day needs and keeps the trips to the Asian megastores in Boston and New Jersey to a minimum. If you are looking for Otaku snacks and pillows, stay away. This is a legitimate Asian mini-mart for people who actual embrace more than cartoons.
